Under the framework, qualified individuals and legal entities, including foreign nationals and foreign companies, can apply for authorization provided they meet the eligibility requirements. One of the key conditions is the ability to provide a minimum initial capital of 2 trillion Iranian rials.

Applications for the license can be submitted through Iran’s National Licensing Portal (https://mojavez.ir).

Yazd, a major industrial and economic center in central Iran, has significant activity across sectors including mining, metals, manufacturing, and related industries, giving foreign investment agencies a potential role in connecting international investors with investment opportunities in the province.

With the issuance of the Yazd license, 10 licenses for foreign investment attraction agencies have now been issued nationwide. Tehran accounts for nine of those licenses.
