During a visit to the organization’s vehicle services platform, Hossein Forouzan said the development of electronic infrastructure and the adoption of new technologies were essential to improving service quality across Iran’s free zones.
The vehicle services platform was launched as part of efforts to digitalize public services and simplify procedures related to vehicle-related affairs. By reducing time-consuming administrative processes and the need for in-person visits, the system is expected to improve access to services for residents, businesses, and other economic operators.
Forouzan emphasized the need to continue moving toward faster, more transparent, and more accessible services, describing the expansion of digital infrastructure as a key requirement for upgrading the quality of services provided in free zones.
The development of smart and electronic services at the Chabahar Free Zone is also expected to help reduce administrative bureaucracy, enhance transparency, and improve the overall business environment.
The initiative is being pursued as part of a broader program to transform service delivery across Iran’s free zones, with a focus on streamlining procedures and improving the experience of residents, investors and economic operators.
