TEHRAN —Iran’s economy is being built by its people, businesses, and entrepreneurs rather than by the U.S. Treasury Department, Economy Minister Seyed Ali Madanizadeh said, rejecting the notion that intensified sanctions and financial pressure could force Tehran to change its national decisions.
