According to Shada, the meeting brought together the Directors General of both customs offices, alongside key staff and unit managers from Bazargan Customs. Discussions focused on identifying existing bottlenecks at the shared border and proposing actionable solutions to streamline customs procedures and enhance commercial flow.
During the visit, the Iranian delegation toured the newly developed customs infrastructure and truck parking facilities at Gürbulaq. Both sides coordinated efforts to improve the efficiency of freight movement, eliminate trade obstacles, and elevate service standards for traders and logistics operators.
