Following the announcement, the free trade-industrial zone authorities have begun processing the registration and sealing of commercial books for businesses based in the zones electronically, in line with Clause (C) of Article 4 of Iran’s Seventh Five-Year Development Plan.

Businesses operating in the free trade-industrial zones that are legally required to maintain commercial books can now register and upload their electronic books through the National Tax Administration’s electronic services portal.

To access the service, eligible businesses should log in to my.tax.gov.ir and select the Electronic Commercial Books System, where they can register and submit their electronic commercial books in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
