He emphasized that without transparent and reliable accounting and auditing systems, the justice-oriented growth cannot be turned into an operational program, and genuine anti-corruption efforts are impossible.
Madanizadeh highlighted two major turning points in human civilization: the creation of legal personality and the establishment of banks. With the emergence of legal personality, accounting also began to give institutions a distinct identity, and accounting standards helped to realize the goals of these transformations.
The minister emphasized that the accountants and auditors, by adhering to national and international standards, can enhance economic efficiency, achieve economic justice, and effectively combat financial corruption.
He added that corruption undermines efficiency and erodes justice, and only precise and committed accountants and auditors are capable of fighting it effectively.
