According to SHADA, Seyyed Ali Madanizadeh, the Minister of Economy, issued the directive in accordance with the Strategic Financing and Economic Support Taskforce charter. He emphasized the urgent need for assistance to businesses, enterprises, and economic sectors impacted by the conflict.
Under the directive, the Taskforce Secretariat is required to accelerate the collection, consolidation, and assessment of data on affected businesses, in coordination with other executive bodies and within the framework of existing memoranda of understanding.
The Minister further stressed the importance of identifying the indirect effects of the war on economic activities and sectors, calling on executive agencies and specialized associations to propose policy and operational recommendations to support damaged sectors, resolve bottlenecks, preserve jobs, and protect production and service capacity.
The directive also underscores the need for expedited support for major, strategically significant enterprises. Accordingly, the cases of such entities must be reviewed by the specialized committee.
The Secretariat is required to submit regular progress reports to the Taskforce. These reports should include information on the implementation status, case review procedures, proposed support packages, executive bottlenecks, necessary approvals, and the results of monitoring the effectiveness of the support provided. This information will be used for discussion and decision-making during Taskforce meetings.
