According to Shada, during the visit of the Iranian high-ranking economic delegation for the IsDB's annual meeting hosted by Algeria, Dr. Seyed Rahmatollah Akrami, Acting Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance of the Islamic Republic of Iran, was officially welcomed by Mr. Khan Shouch Mokhtar, Senior Deputy Minister of Finance of Algeria.

In a meeting held at Algiers airport, the Algerian side, while welcoming the Iranian delegation, underscored the importance of enhancing bilateral economic cooperation between Iran and Algeria.

The annual meeting of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), attended by the Ministers of Economy and Finance from member countries, aims to explore solutions for strengthening economic synergy, fostering joint investments, and promoting sustainable development within Islamic nations.
