Madanizadeh noted that other nations escaped poverty and low-growth traps by leveraging global knowledge.
“For wartime conditions, I have a separate, complementary plan,” he added, distinguishing between his proposals for ordinary and crisis scenarios.
Private Sector Revival
Criticizing past privatization efforts, he vowed to strengthen the role of genuine private enterprise and safeguard public investments.
He also reaffirmed his commitment to optimizing state assets, a process initiated under previous administrations.
