According to Shada, Dr. Abdolnaser Hemmati, Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance, stated on X that he signed the first government guarantee to support an Iranian company's involvement in an international project.

The Minister described the move as "a good start to support the presence of capable private Iranian companies in international projects, especially in neighboring countries, for the export of technical and engineering services."
