The AlUla conference is co-organized by the Saudi Ministry of Finance and the IMF.

According to Shada, in a joint statement issued on November 24, Saudi Minister Al-Jadaan and IMF Chief Kristalina Georgieva stated the conference would be a platform for exchanging insights on economic developments and exploring policies and reforms to promote prosperity through international collaboration.

Minister Hemmati is also holding bilateral talks with politicians from other regional countries to discuss strategies cementing cooperation in economy.
